Hamburger

Cook up your hamburger patty seasoning it with Walter Imperial Stout Salt. Add cheese to the burger at the end so it gets nice and melty. Take pita or any bread that you typically love with your hamburgers and Add Mustard or in our case a sundried Aoli and spread all over the bread. Add meat. Enjoy!

Shishito peppers

Coat peppers in olive oil. Spread on a sheet pan. Top with Walter IPA salt. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes. Enjoy!

Toast bread. Smash up and spread a generous helping of avocado. Add egg style of your choice. Top with Walter Tangerine Wheat Salt. Enjoy!

Bye Hangover, Hello Walter Chiliquiles

Heat broiler. Place 1.5 pounds of tomatillos and 2-4 chiles on a baking sheet and set about 4 inches below broiler. Roast until dark and blackened in spots, about 5 minutes. Flip over and roast on other side until tomatillos are soft and charred in spots and chiles are soft all the way through, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Transfer tomatillos and chiles to a blender along with juices on baking sheet. Add 13 cilantro sprigs, then blend to a coarse purée. In a seperate LARGE saute pan, saute 2 diced garlic cloves and 1 small chopped white onion in olive oil until tender. Add tomatillo puree and 1 TBS Walter Tangerine Wheat Salt and 1 TBS Walter IPA Salt. Stir until mixed together. Add 15-20 tortilla chips and mix, completely coating chips. Cook some eggs, however you like them. Grab some tongs and place chip mixture on a plate, add eggs and queso crumbles (as much as your glutenous self likes!).. garnish with some cilantro, cracked pepper, and a light dust of Walter IPA salt. Grab a Bloody Mary. Hang over– CURED. You. Are. Welcome.

Cauliflower Cheese Dip – Recipe addition

Wash a large head of cauliflower. Break into large chunks. Steam for 20 minutes until fork- tender. Remove,drain, place in a cast iron skillet and set aside. In a medium-size saucepan, melt 2 TBS butter. Mix in 2TBS flour and 1 TSP of salt. Stir continually until the mixture is simmering. Slowly pour 1 cup of milk into the mix. Continue stirring over a medium heat until the mixture has thickened. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded Parmesan, 1 TBSP Walter IPA salt and 1 TSP mustard. Continue stirring until all of the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth. Pour all over the cauliflower into skillet. Scatter cherry tomatoes into the mix all Picasso style. Add some cracked pepper and garnish with a dusting of Walter IPA salt. Broil until cauliflower is lightly browned. Remove and get ready to gorge yourself on some Walter Heaven!

Walter Sunday Sandwich

Slather a butter-toasted piece of sourdough bread with a mayo/Sriracha/porter salt blend. Cook up a ground meat patty (we prefer 50/50 blend of bacon and beef seasoned with the imperial stout salt) and place on dressed sourdough slice. Cook up an egg to your liking and lay on top of meat. Crack some Walter BFF aka pepper all over .. Eat up!
